A group of divers coming together to dive on the wreck of the Seawolf. The Seawolf is an ex Japanese trawler which was sunk as an artificial reef by the Sea-wolves dive club, and lies approximately 15-20 metres away from the ex H.A. Lumb, of the suburban coast of Port Noarlunga, South Australia. She Lies on her side, and makes for an interesting dive in and out of the wreck.
The Sealwolf was a favourite local dive of Dion Anderson, and this dive is attributed to Dion, who had a love for diving
In memory of Dion.

this is so tender, sensitive and a beautiful story, peaceful, reflective & capturrd the very essence of his story.
Sorry Dion. I didn’t know you but read many of your posts on various forums. I enjoyed reading about all the diving trips to most of the jetties around South Australia. I used a lot of this info for our first trips to these places. I remember reading your words and admiring your enthusiasm for diving. Condolences to those who knew him. aandkdiving
Dion would have loved this. He told me once that being in the water made him feel so light and free. He is and always will be missed. Love you bud! xo
RIP Dion, you were a really top bloke, I was glad i met you, rest up buddy
Hi I’m Dion’s brother and would like to thank you so much for this it means so much to know he was appreciated in such a way
Hi Liam, You are so welcome. I am going to also pass your message on to M.E. Dive club, and I hope that is alright. You take care, and I wish you all the best.
Liam thanks so much for your comments. It means so much to M.E. Dive Club to know this dive has had a positive impact on you. We wanted to acknowledge and celebrate our memories of Dion. We all know that Dion made a huge impact in the SA diving circles and this was one of his favourite wreck dives. So many people both past and present were positively impacted by Dion’s contribution in his short life, Our dive club and Reefwatch benefited by his wealth of knowledge and passion for diving. This dive was also to raise awareness for depression and was a message to all that we have an obligation to reach and help if we know someone may be suffering silently. On behalf of ME dive club we extend our very best wishes to you, now and for the future. Wendy Butvila M.E. Dive Club….its all about M.E!
Really sad, I’m involved with the Flinders University Underwater Club, I never met Dion, but I heard about his passion for diving. I have a few friends who went on the dive, it was great that other divers who share his passion for getting in water were able to get together to honour him.
Thanks. He really did have a love for diving, and contributed a great deal through Reef Watch.
