Looks like a good dive – any gps location? Or just follow the pipe from Stanvac?

pipe runs out. don’t have marks on me. Plenty of fishos on the area on weekends. if you are diving, watch time. It can creep up quick if you are diving no deco. recommend running line to pipe or one of fixtures so you have easy return back to boat. if you are fishing only, then try not to anchor right over the main pipes and chain. plenty anchors lost there. all the best.

Very nice assortment of attached invertebrates, especially the Carijoa coral. BTW, 0:49 – 0.50 shows a Western Australian sea urchin Centrostephanus tenuispinus, which occurs over a broad depth range. There are fine barbs on the spines and it can cause injury if touched. It has been recorded on various occasions in western SA, gulfs region, Kangaroo Island, and as far as Encounter Bay. That might be the eastern edge of the range to date. Its populations here in SA might possibly expand in future, with ocean warming.

Thanks for the flattery. I think your u/w videos are a State asset, not only for their educational value re SA maritime history, but also for the environmental information they provide about artificial reefs. It is rare to see so much good work shared freely and widely in this way.
