The wreck of the Star Of Greece, which sank in 1888 some few hundred metres North of what is now the remains of the Old Willunga Jetty. Probably the most accessible Adelaide wreck dive, being able to walk of the beach and no more than a couple of hundred metres off-shore.
Lying in only a few metres of water, this site is also popular for swimmers and snorkelers due to the easy and shallow access.
Well worth the visit. Only heavy steel and riveted plates remain, with much of the remains of the wreck being pilfered over the years.
